Subject: Call for Short & Long-term Missionaries to Nepal

May the grace and peace of our Lord be with the Korean SDA Church Council of America and all its members.
The Nepal Section is currently facing dual missiological challenges: rapid urbanization and the persistent spiritual needs
of marginalized mountainous regions. We are earnestly seeking passionate and dedicated students and young adults
from the North American region to join us in our mission to spread the Gospel and support community development in
Nepal.
1. Target Candidates
• Students and young adults willing to serve with a pure heart in rural, remote, and mountainous areas.
• Dedicated individuals with a passion for urban mission and church planting.
2. Period of Service
• Short-term (1 to 6 months) and Long-term (1 year or more)
3. Major Areas of Service
• Church Planting & Evangelism: Urban church planting initiatives, organizing evangelistic meetings, and seeker
ministry.
• Medical & Education: Medical missions, academic tutoring (English, Math, Korean), IT and computer literacy
training.
• Generational Ministry: Vacation Bible School (VBS) for children and youth, and community service.
• Section Office Administration: Legal compliance assistance, estate management, and property transfer
assistance.
4. Request for Cooperation
We kindly request your council to recruit and send young laborers who are ready to sow the seeds of the Gospel, from
the rugged mountain villages to the heart of Nepal’s changing cities. These missionaries will experience the true value of
service by sharing their lives with the local people.
