Required Experience

<ul>
<li>Dedicated Seventh-day Adventist Christian, with high standards, that has a heart for serving God;</li>
<li>Willingness to adapt to the local culture in terms of acceptable and unacceptable behavior (such as dress, interactions with the opposite sex, subjects of conversation, etc.);</li>
<li>Willingness to dedicate themselves exclusively to the language center, not accepting unauthorized side jobs;</li>
<li>Native English speaker&nbsp;</li>
<li>Having a love for teaching (previous teaching experience is preferred);</li>
<li>TESOL or TEFL certification is a plus;</li>
<li>Having classroom management skills;</li>
<li>Proficiency in the use of technology and computer programs as required;</li>
<li>Having a positive, friendly and engaging personality;</li>
<li>Demonstrating professionalism by being punctual, well organized and responsible;</li>
<li>Ability to live with others;</li>
<li>Ability to work well with others, communicate well, accept feedback and problem solve as a group.</li>
<li>Previous cross-cultural training, cross-cultural service experience or travel abroad is a plus.</li>
