<p>You will be assisting the youth and young adult pastor in Nextgen ministry. This includes junior high, high school, and young adult ministry. You will also be assisting with spiritual and discipleship events at Madison Academy. Responsibilities will include but not limited to administrative tasks, planning events and trips, leading spiritual activities, teaching Sabbath School, engaging in Bible studies, helping to execute the vision and strategies of the ministries.</p>
<p>Also, the individual will be going through a mentoring process with the youth and young adult pastor. This process will help the individual learn more about their personality, ministry calling, leadership style, how to use your personality in ministry, strategic planning and how to strategically lead a team, how to lead a team through change and much more. After 10 months the individual will have the necessary skills and tools they need to lead a youth and young adult ministry in the local church. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
